Women Entrepreneurship and the pandemic: challenges and solutions 1 year on
The Covid19 pandemic has affected all businesses across Europe. Nonetheless, it is evident that women entrepreneurs are paying the highest price. Women mainly own SMEs, and those are the most impacted by the current crisis, struggling to survive. Moreover, the home working measures taken mostly everywhere at national level, have obliged women in business to find a new work-life balance.
EUROCHAMBRES has launched a survey in order to have a clearer idea of the issues that women entrepreneurs are currently facing.
This event has given the opportunity to present the results of such survey, to learn about similar initiatives taken at national level, and to discuss with representatives of the European institutions on what can be done in order to support women-led businesses to recover from the current crisis.
