Policy Intern

Eurochambres is looking for a Policy Intern for a 6-month period starting early September 2026, to contribute particularly to our economic policy work. The candidate should have a solid background in applied economics given that the selected person will provide support in the preparation of annual publications, notably the annual Eurochambres Economic Survey. Requirements

Junior Project Officer must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience with the implementation of EU funded projects,
  • strong analytical skills,
  • strong organisational capacity and the ability to multi-task,
  • ability to work both in a team and autonomously,
  • capacity to adapt to a changing environment, be flexible and resilient in their approach,
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and online meeting tools,
  • excellent English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of at least one other European language,
  • excellent communication skills and be familiar with social media,
  • ability to appreciate and follow priorities.

 

Project Officer must have:

  • all of the requirements listed for the Junior Project Onior officer
  • experience in working with business support organisations (or businesses),
  • a minimum of 3 years of experience with the implementation of EU funded projects,
  • knowledge of European affairs (the functioning of EU institutions and procedures).
