Eurochambres Economic Survey 2021

The EUROCHAMBRES Economic Survey 2021 (#EES2021) is based on responses from over 58.000 businesses (90% SMEs) across 29 countries in the European Chamber network. The 28th consecutive annual edition, EES2021 provides a unique insight into the European business community’s expectations for the year ahead on key factors such as domestic sales, exports, employment and investment.

During the EES2021 online launch event, an overview of the results of EES2021 will be presented. The Deputy Director-General of the European Commission’s DG ECFIN, Declan Costello, will then comment on the findings in the context of the Commission’s newly published Autumn 2020 Economic Forecast, after which EUROCHAMBRES President, Christoph Leitl, will initiate a discussion on the EES2021 findings and policy implications. Senior representatives from several national Chambers of Commerce & Industry will also be online to join the conversation.
