Statement of Eurochambres President, Christoph Leitl, on the CCI France Semaine Européenne initiative

“I warmly congratulate CCI France for organising this Semaine Européenne and thank President Goguet, also as a Vice-President of EUROCHAMBRES, for bringing Europe closer to French enterprises. The last year has clearly underlined how integral Europe is to the way that we all live and work. A coordinated and effective European response will also be crucial for the economic recovery and our green and digital twin transition. I wish everyone involved a productive week of discussions and fruitful exchanges, concluding on 9 May, Europe Day.’’
