REGISTRATION

The registration fee for the Congress is 495,00 euro per person (21% VAT excluded) and it includes:

  • Participation in all programme sessions;
  • Engaging networking activities;
  • Exclusive opportunities to meet high-level speakers;
  • Lunch on 13 and 14 of June;
  • Welcome reception;
  • Gala dinner.

Group registrations of 3 or more people enjoy a 10% discount on the participation fee. Please contact us to get your discount code at .

Would you like to bring someone along to the welcome reception and gala dinner? You can easily add a ticket for your guest during registration. The price for accompanying guests is 200€ (excluding 21% VAT). Please note that this ticket grants access to the welcome reception and gala dinner only, and does not include entry to the event sessions.

Optional: Garden Party at Antwerp Zoo
The annual Garden Party of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Antwerp Waasland at the Zoo of Antwerp is a tradition in the city, whereby more than 1000 politicians and entrepreneurs from the region come together to celebrate the beginning of summer, with a BBQ, an evening walk and lots of networking.
Participation at the Garden Party on 14 June is an optional activity and can be selected during the registration. The additional cost is 175 euro per person (21 % VAT excluded). 

Cancellation policy
Upon receipt of a written cancellation addressed to , a refund of fees will be applied up to four weeks before the Congress, until 12 May 2024. After this date no refund will be made for cancellations.

HOW TO GET TO ANTWERP & TO MOVE AROUND THE CITY

BY PLANE

There are three airports in Belgium: ‘Antwerp International Airport’, ‘Brussels Airport (Zaventem)’ and ‘Brussels South Airport (Charleroi)’. There is a direct train (about 30 minutes) from Brussels Zaventem to Antwerp Central station.

BY TRAIN

Antwerp lies in the middle between Paris Nord and Amsterdam. Antwerp has three main train stations: ‘Antwerpen-Centraal’, ‘Antwerpen Berchem’ and ‘Antwerpen Zuid’. We recommend ‘Antwerpen-Centraal’ to get to the venues.

Eurostar is the international high-speed train between the UK, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Eurostar does not stop in Antwerp, but in Brussels ‘Zuid/ Midi’ station. From Brussels ‘Zuid/ Midi’ station you can take the train to Antwerpen-Centraal.

Note: If you have another connection in Belgium before or after your journey with Eurostar, you’ll need a specific ticket for this connection. We advise to buy the ‘connection’ ticket in addition to your international ticket at fixed price of 8,90 euro in second class (or 12,40 euro in first class). Buy your ‘connection’ ticket online.

TRANSPORTATION IN ANTWERP

For transportation commodities in the centre of the city of Antwerp we advise to consult the website ‘Smart ways to Antwerp‘ to find your optimal route and vehicle. Antwerp has a large number of taxi companies that can take you to your destination safely at any time.

WHERE TO PARK IN ANTWERP

Parking on the street
Always check carefully which parking rules apply. The closer to the centre, the more you pay and the shorter the time you can park. Only residents with parking permits and certain permit holders are allowed to park on the street in the old city centre.

P+R sites
There are several P+R sites in the city periphery where you can leave your car and from which you can easily access the city centre with public transportation.

Public car parks
You can also park your car in one of the many public car parks.

The Provincial Government Building of Antwerp

  • The Provincial Government Building of Antwerp has an underground parking garage with entrance via the Koningin Elisabethlei. Be aware of the limited places.
