Youth mobility in vocational education and training – chamber community lessons learned and best practices

Mobility provides an additional opportunity for Vocational Educational Training (VET) students to acquire new skills and experience, and businesses view the increased resources allocated to completing a programme in another institution favourably. The French Presidency's promotion of this issue provides an excellent opportunity to discuss business perspectives on mobility in VET. Eurochambres is pleased to be part of the programme of the European Vocational Skills Week 2022. Together with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, CCI France and the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry we will host the "Youth mobility in vocational education and training - chamber community lessons learned and best practices" session. The main objective is to discuss mobility in VET, to share country-specific experiences and to hear from European institutions what policy solutions can enhance vocational education and training mobility.
