COP26 SPECIAL EVENT: HOW TO HELP BUSINESS BECOME CLIMATE-NEUTRAL

How can standards, local business services and technology solutions be used as powerful tools on business’ path to net-zero? On 6 November, do not miss the special event co-organised in the framework of COP26 by EUROCHAMBRES, CEN, CENELEC and BusinessEurope!

Under the title “The role of policy framework, standards & support tools for businesses to become climate-neutral”, the event will be an opportunity to discuss the most powerful tools business can use on the path to net zero emissions. A series of high-level speakers from industry, the UNFCCC and the European Commission will present their recommendations to the business community and exchange on the support needed to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. This event will further elaborate on the expectations of business sectors with regards to the outcome of the COP26 negotiations. Furthermore, the discussion will focus on how innovative companies can contribute to maintaining and reinforcing Europe’s  status as a climate leader, by turning ambition into action and deliver on the commitments under the Paris Agreement.
