Sustainability
The transformation towards a low-carbon and circular economy is one of today’s greatest societal and economic challenges. In this context, Eurochambres activities in this field aim to trigger opportunities for green growth and to safeguard Europe’s industrial competitiveness.
Eurochambres seeks to enhance the existing capacity within the Chamber network to deliver energy-related services to businesses. Feedback gathered by Chambers while providing these services also allows Eurochambres to inform policy makers on obstacles and incentives for businesses to improve their energy performance.
With many businesses benefiting from Chamber sustainability services each year, Eurochambres is a key stakeholder in the development of EU level energy and resource-efficiency initiatives.
